To refill your Dish Soap vessel:
1) Pour room temperature or warm water to the fill line of your reusable Guests on Earth 500mL vessel. It doesn't need to be exact, but if you love to measure, it's 375mL water.
2) Measure 125mL of dish concentrate and pour into the vessel.
3) Secure the soap pump and shake well to mix.

Not one to write negative reviews but was so disappointed to see this $18 vessel came empty. I should have read the description better but to be honest at $18 a bottle I would never have expected it to be empty. When I emailed they did give me a 20% off coupon but considering I had to spend $100 for free shipping (which I had already spent with my first order so I could try multiple products) I was a little disappointed especially when I did not receive an email back regarding this. I did order the laundry soap and liked it and have purchased the dish soap to try as I have two empty vessels but to be honest unless it’s a stellar product I am not sure I’d switch over due to customer service.

I had the misfortune of receiving a dish soap vessel that had a small dent in it due to the shipping process. However, when I brought it to their attention they immediately took responsibility (though it wasn't their doing/fault) and offered to replace my vessel for a perfect one!
